My background combines more than a decade of IT experience with approximately 12 years of practical work as a car mechanic, together with workshop experience in welding and metalwork.
I have more than six years of practical first- and second-line support experience, including on-site support and work in larger business environments. My experience includes Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, ServiceNow, Easit, Citrix, Windows environments, endpoint management, incident handling, migrations, documentation, backup, recovery, suppliers, and operational continuity.
I participated in a large-scale client migration involving approximately 2,200 devices, including image testing, pilot groups, and policy-based deployment through Intune.
Since April 2026, I have also worked independently through PsycedelicAI, developing public frameworks and research covering AI continuity, trust architecture, technical documentation, knowledge architecture, and human-AI collaboration.
